Recently I purchased Vodafone 3G usb stick for a few bucks, 1500 to be exact and the data usage allowable is 2GB, which is not much for an avid net user like me. Some how net surfing is addictive and it is making me real dull. God save men from TV and Internet, they capture ur mind like algae in fresh water. Any way that's another story. What i was telling that it was a good buy. It work like a charm. Just plug and play, no settings download, cd installation etc. The device will find itself on your computer and then the network and just click on ''connect''. The main feature of 3G is speed and hey no disappointments here, speed is like  ''makkhan''. I test speed all the time and it is good yes all the time. One disadvantage is u can track your data usage only per session and to know the balance usage u have to contact customer care by inserting the sim into a phone. Also you can use 2g recharges its unlimited plan costs 499 bucks. Enjoy 3G when the world is shifting to 4G. सांझ पहर, धुंधलके से पहले 
आसमान जब हो रहा हो गुलाबी 
रविवार की उस संध्या में

सोचता हूँ मैं अभी

Durga Puja in Kolkata-2011

That Durga Puja or Pujo as Bengalis pronounce the term, is the most celebrated festival in the town, is well known. The preparations for the puja start as early as 3-4 months before the festival and this does not take into account, the time of making Idols.

During puja there is almost no work in government offices as most employees are on leave. The air of festival grips Bengalis like a flu. The shopping for clothes and accessories for their near and dear ones take up most of their annual savings. But they do not mind the splurge. Each locality has its own pujo meaning, a grand pandal and Idol of Maa Durga. There MahaAshtami, Maha Navami and MahaDashmi means Pandal Hopping and eating like any thing. Bengalis are not vegetarians and this very concept is alien to them, so even during navratras unlike rest of hindustan (non-bengalis) which keeps fast or abstain from Non-Veg they take to Non-veg like fish to the water. The sound of dhak (beating of drums) reverberate constantly in the air and atmosphere is of complete masti and dhamaal. It is simply good time to be in Kolkata.

Amount of hard wok, they put in is to be seen to believe.

 However, off late a trend has started among Kolkatans to go on short vacation else where during puja time because they get good amount of leave only this time of the year especially those who work in private sector.

The diary shows the date to be 26/05/96, when i was going in class XI. As can be seen it was like warmup exercise.

The orkut it seems is in last stages, now that its master google has started new social networking tool with Google plus. How to get Chrome to open Incognito by default?

If you are tired of deleting history each time you want to close your browser or forgetful about this. You can browse in Incognito mode (3rd.option in Wrench menu).

Friends while installing MSE on my new and original Windows 7 ultimate platform (OS), every time I was getting this error. After contacting MICROSOFT customer care I came to know this problem was due to some error in my .NET files, which could not be repaired despite their engineer's best efforts. After doing a lot of research in the above topic, i came to know there was only one solution, formatting my OS and reloading it. Going back in time option in control panel was not of much resource, as it will only uninstall newer installed files.Thankfully LENOVO laptops offer one key recovery button with the help of which i recovered my OS fully and only loss was saved BOOKMARKS in my browser. After that installation of MSE was very smooth. It took me nearly one month researching about the above error but what worked ultimately was good old solution FORMAT.

I hope this article save some people time. As for MSE, i can vouch its the best free antivirus, if you have original windows soft wares and it is very quick in scanning. I have used Avira and Avast, they are OK if you don't have original Windows or XP.
